Two Teenage Dog Groomers Jordie (Torey Newlan) and Kyle (Cory Kays) , go about their boring daily lives of smoking pot with their drug dealer and friend, JJ (G. Paul Salvetti) and grooming dogs. JJ, one day gets a new strand of pot delivered from his boss that has a mysterious white color but a dangerous unknown after effect. JJ, sells the drug setting off a scramble to recover it all back before it massacres all the potheads in the city. His boss sends down his notoriously strange henchmen Jacque (Russell David Oakley) to keep things in order, but JJ goes missing leaving his only friends Jordie and Kyle responsible for the retrieval of the "White Snow".
